All of my items are carefully handmade to order, ensuring each piece is crafted with love and attention to detail. Please see the top bar of my web page for my current turnaround time for production.
Delivery Options
Standard Delivery:
Your order will be sent via a Tracked 48 Hour Service.
Express Delivery:
Your order will be sent via a 24 Hour Tracked Service.
International Delivery:
All orders are handmade entirely in the UK. Your order will be sent via international tracked, country dependant the typical timescale can be up to 2 weeks. All parcels will need to be signed for. Please note that any customs charges are to be paid by the customer and I am not responsible for these or any additional charges.
Important Information
While I always aim to ensure your items arrive on time, please note that occasional delays may occur due to delivery services. Unfortunately, these delays are beyond my control, but I’m always here to help! - Please ensure your address is correct when placing your order. If a parcel is returned to sender due to an incomplete/incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost to resend.
