Personalised Items
As each personalised item is uniquely handcrafted just for you, I am unable to offer refunds or exchanges on these products. However, if you experience an unlikely issue with your item, please don’t hesitate to reach out at stansandco@gmail.com
Non-Personalised Items
I can accept returns or exchanges on non-personalised items within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is in it's original packaging.
Refund/Exchange Process
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method for eligible items.
- Refund will be processed once the returned item has been inspected and approved.
Additional Information
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on my end.
- I recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe and timely handling of your return.
